General Policies

To participate in a John Brown Limited seminar we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $100 with the balance due prior to the start of the seminar. If you are unable to attend the seminar, all money will be either applied to a future seminar or refunded less the deposit.

Tapes and CDs:

We take pride in providing great customer service. We will do all we can to ensure your items arrive safely and in a timely fashion. All purchases are processed promptly and include contact information with the offer to answer any questions the customer may have. Items are guaranteed to arrive as described and undamaged or free replacement will be honored.

Shipping Fees:

We charge a flat rate of $3.95 per total CD or Tape order to anywhere in the US. Additional charges may apply for orders of more than 10 or for delivery outside of the US.

Delivery Standards:

Normal delivery time is 3-7 business days. During certain times of the year (e.g., Christmas) there may be some delay due to slower postal service or postal holidays. Arrival time for orders placed outside the US will vary but generally arrive in 1-2 weeks. Please allow a reasonable time for orders to reach you. If you feel your order has been unduly delayed, please contact us.

Returns and Exchanges:

Upon notification of receipt of damaged merchandise, we will issue a call tag for pick-up and re-issue replacement merchandise at no additional expense.
