Seminar Registration

Enter the main entrance of the Harvard Faculty Club.ﾠ The seminar will be held in the Library on the 2nd floor.ﾠ Please arrive by 8:30 a.m.ﾠ Coffee and refreshments will be available.ﾠ The program starts promptly at 9:00 a.m.ﾠ Please note the use of cell phones or pagers during the seminar is prohibited.

Parking

Parking is very limited near the Faculty Club. There is limited free parking at the Faculty Club.ﾠ Go to the end of Quincy Street; take a left on to Harvard Street, and another left onto Prescott Street.ﾠ The lot is about halfway down the street before the green fence. There is a public parking lot across from the Charles Hotel and under the Charles.

Attire

Casual comfortable business attire is appropriate. The rooms where the seminar is held can become cool throughout the day so we suggest, for your comfort, that you bring a light sweater or jacket.

Meals

The program provides a light breakfast and full luncheon each day.

Facilities

The Harvard Faculty Club is located on the Harvard Square and rooms are available to members only. It is a non-smoking facility.
